Career Highlights/Experience Overview

Janet is a licensed real estate broker focused on commercial and residential real estate in North Florida for over 35 years. During this time, she served as the broker of record for Falls Chase, one of Tallahassee’s largest and most premier luxury residential and commercial developments. Additionally, Janet has worked with investors in the location and acquisition of several large shopping center complexes in the Southeast. She facilitated many local commercial purchases. Janet is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of Realtors, and The Tallahassee Board of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Janet is a member of the Congressional Club, a Washington, DC-based organization that works with non-profit partners to further a variety of causes throughout the nation, most notably those which support members of our military and their families. Janet also served as the inaugural chairperson of the Florida Healthy Babies Initiative, occupying an instrumental role in developing its mission to positively influence social determinants of health and reduce racial disparities in infant mortality.

Janet has lived in the Tallahassee area for four decades and raised her family here. Both her children are Maclay School graduates. Janet was very involved in the PTO and the annual Maclay School Auction, one of the school’s major fundraisers.
